Co-managed with EDF Energy, the London-based R&D UK Center's role is to implement new synergies between EDF R&D and EDF Energy, and namely in the fields of nuclear and offshore wind energy, and technologies tied to energy effi ciency and smart metering. The R&D UK Center also relies on several local and international partnerships. In addition, the Center helps strengthen the group's initiatives in the UK, and improves its understanding of energy needs.
